Paper submission

Authors, who wish to submit a paper to JMEIS, kindly send the following materials to the editorial office of JMEIS using e-mail.

[1] Manuscript (4-12 pages)

[2] Copyright Transfer Agreement signed by the author(s).

When you send a message to jmeis@ml.e-jikei.org, put [JMEIS，youｒ name] in the heading of the subject/title, please.

Example:

Subject: [JMEIS, Prof.Fujii at Gunma Univ] Submission of paper for JMEIS

All the papers will be reviewed by minimum two reviewers.

Notification of acceptance/rejection will be sent to authors within 3 weeks after paper submission.

You are very welcome to our newly launched journal JMEIS !

Article Processing Charge (APC, Publication fee)

50,000 JPY per paper.

l No fees will be incurred until the paper is accepted. The peer review will be conducted free of charge.

The following fees will apply to submissions made by June 2026.

Rate for Submissions by June 2026

General author: 20,000JPY

Student author*: 15,000JPY

* The first author must be a full-time student. A copy of the student certificate is required at the time of submission.

Additional Page Charges

Manuscripts exceeding 12 pages will incur an additional charge of 5,000 JPY per page.
