Article Processing Charge (APC, Publication fee)

50,000 JPY per paper.

l No fees will be incurred until the paper is accepted. The peer review will be conducted free of charge.

The following fees will apply to submissions made by July 2026.

Rate for Submissions by July 2026

General author: 20,000JPY

Student author*: 15,000JPY

* The first author must be a full-time student. A copy of the student certificate is required at the time of submission.

Additional Page Charges

Manuscripts exceeding 12 pages will incur an additional charge of 5,000 JPY per page.

For example, if the total pages are 15, the additional page charge is 5,000JPY/page * (15page – 12page) = 15,000JPY.

Transfer fee and bank commission fee should be paid by the applicant.

The input name of applicant is desirable as “JMEIS_name of payer”.
